Get ready for the 2024 school year and new online ordering system.
To ensure we are complying with the Department of Education rules for online ordering systems, we have onboarded a new online ordering system for the canteen and uniform shop.
Please read about these important changes and be kind why we all have our L plates on getting used to the changes.
New online ordering system – the new way to access online ordering from the canteen and uniform shop is through SchoolShopOnline. You will need to register an account for your family to get started. You can find more about ShoolShopOnline here or check out the Online Ordering FAQ
New late ordering menu – All canteen online orders need to be in by 8:30am for same day delivery. If you miss the cut off there is a modified menu you can order from up until 9:30am. Students can also purchase at the canteen window.
The Woodcrest State College P&C Association run the primary and secondary canteens and we offer our students and staff a comprehensive menu, while delivering healthy and exciting options.
To guarantee you can purchase an item you want, we recommend pre-ordering online. Ordering online also allows students to jump the queue to pick up their orders from the roller door. If the door isn’t open they can go directly to the table at the back of the canteen to collect.
Red food days
Red Food Days are a great way for us to offer some fun treats and are a lot for fun for our school community. Running these offer a great way for the canteens to raise money for equipment. We endeavor to offer four Red Food Days a year in both sub-schools.
